Lunch Break: 

During this workshop, you will be making vegan small dishes of food from around the
world
• Tofu Banh Mi: Vietnamese sandwich of roasted tofu, pickled veg, sweet chilli
• Kimchi pancakes with dipping sauce: Korean style kimchi fritters with a soy and rice wine dipping sauce
• Summer rolls with peanut sauce: Soft spring rolls with vegetable filling, served with a peanut and chilli bean dip
• Jackfruit lettuce cups: A vegan version of Crispy Duck. Jackfruit and vegetables with hoisin sauce served in crispy lettuce leaves
• Pan-fried bananas with pancakes Bananas fried in vegan butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon, served with vegan pancakes

You may notice two pancakes in here, but they are very different.
By the end of the class, you will have the skills and knowledge to be able to make delicious vegan food to impress your friends and family in the comfort of your own home.
Price includes all equipment, ingredients and lunch.

Student/Chef ratio: A maximum of 8:1 so you’re assured of plenty of personalised instruction.

All equipment is provided, including an apron.
A folder for your course will be provided.

Tea or coffee is provided during the introduction. Other drinks are available to buy.

Requirements: For safety purposes legs should be covered, a plain top with no ‘dangly’ parts and a good pair of flat shoes should be worn. 

Course attendees must be 16 years of age or older.

This course runs on Sunday 13th February 2022. Just select that date from the calendar and the number of attendees.
