Short Course – Street Food

Course Duration: 16:00 to 18:00
Introduction: You will be greeted by the chef with a hot drink. Once everyone is ready, we will run through the day’s course and a few safety reminders.
The Course: You will prepare Singapore chilli crab. This spicy crab dish is a versatile street-food style recipe that can be adapted to your liking. Serve with rice.
Sumac-spiced lamb pides.
Boat-shaped Turkish pizzas are made with homemade dough and topped with spicy minced lamb and feta cheese.
Turkish sweet churros
Turkish sweet churros are fried and dipped into syrup. A crunchy and sweet street food!
Student/Chef ratio: A maximum of 8:1 so you’re assured of plenty of personalised instruction.
All equipment is provided, including an apron.
A folder for your course will be provided.
Tea or coffee is provided during the introduction. Other drinks are available to buy.
Requirements: For safety purposes legs should be covered, a plain top with no ‘dangly’ parts and a good pair of flat shoes should be worn.
Course attendees must be 16 years of age or older.
This course runs on Tuesdays, so just select your date from the calendar and the number of attendees.
