Full Day Course – Cocktail Making with The Wonder Bar

Course Instructor: Beth from the famous Wonder Bar in Wales
Introduction: You will be greeted by the chef with a hot drink. Once everyone is ready, we will run through the day’s course and a few safety reminders.
You will be learning to make some delicious Christmassy themed cocktails and punches that will be perfect for the time of year, as well as compliment the ingredients that can be found in the hedgerows this Autumn!
We’ll teach you how to make our famous Crème de Mûre (blackberry liqueur) to top a gin based cocktail called a Bramble, which is a popular one in the UK at the moment.
Next, we will teach you how to make up a really special Christmas punch. Think notes of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg & fresh orange, the classic Christmas flavours, made with a homemade spiced rum and chai syrup.
And To finish off, a strong but perfect way to end the session: a Cherry Maple Old Fashioned. This signature recipe is made with tart cherry bitters & maple syrup.
Student/Chef ratio: A maximum of 20:1 so you’re assured of plenty of personalised instruction.
All equipment is provided, including an apron.
A folder for your course will be provided.
Tea or coffee is provided in the morning during the introduction. Other drinks are available to buy throughout the day.
Course attendees must be 18 years of age or older.
