Introduction: Talented local florist Ruby Alice has made a name for herself in the floristry industry with her amazing eco-friendly, sustainable flower arrangement creations at events and weddings through Cornwall.
Alice will be showing you how to make eco-friendly table decoration/garland for Christmas without using an oasis of floristry foam.
Ware also delighted to be working again with Chef AP, who trained a Prue Leith’s cookery school and made a name for herself cooking for high powered Corporate Events in the City of London until lockdown when she moved to Cornwall and set up her events business catering for weddings and parties on the North Coast.
Following the Christmas arts and crafts, you will enjoy a nourishing festive spread cooked up by Alli. The Shredded Turkey Butter Bean Chilli is an innovative way to enjoy the Christmas birds and more treats will follow with the Ginger and Peacan Treacle Tart and an A.P Chef party bag to take home of treats and Christmas recipes.
Student/Chef ratio: A maximum of 10:1 so you’re assured of plenty of personalised instruction.
All equipment is provided, including an apron.
Tea or coffee is provided during the introduction. Other drinks are available to buy.
Requirements: For safety purposes legs should be covered, a plain top with no ‘dangly’ parts and a good pair of flat shoes should be worn.
Course attendees must be 16 years of age or older.
