Introduction: We are delighted to be working with Chef AP, who trained at Prue Leith’s cookery school
and made a name for herself cooking for high powered Corporate Events in the City of
London until lockdown when she moved to Cornwall and set up her events business catering for weddings and parties on the North Coast. Ali lives near Padstow.
The menu for this cooking class has been carefully curated, teaching you key cooking skills,
whilst being inventive with flavour combinations and creating a nourishing and delicious plate of food.

Join this 4 hour cooking workshop and learn to work with and cook partridge, a unique game breed. As well as preparing a delicious dinner, you will learn key cooking skills such as brining, make-ahead sauces, and quick cook vegetables. You will also learn different meringue techniques, including how to tackle and assemble a Christmas roulade to take home with you to share with friends and family

Student/Chef ratio: A maximum of 8:1 so you’re assured of plenty of personalised instruction.

All equipment is provided, including an apron.
A folder for your course will be provided.

Tea or coffee is provided during the introduction. Other drinks are available to buy.

Requirements: For safety purposes legs should be covered, a plain top with no ‘dangly’ parts and a good pair of flat shoes should be worn. 

Course attendees must be 16 years of age or older.
